D. Lee Holliday is the Founder and Managing Partner of Holliday Partners, a boutique leadership advisory and executive search firm that helps organizations make the leadership decisions that shape enterprise performance.

For nearly two decades, Lee has advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed businesses, founder-led organizations, and high-growth enterprises during periods of significant change. Whether an organization is accelerating growth, modernizing its operating model, navigating executive succession, building new organizational capability, or leading enterprise transformation, he partners with clients to identify the leaders capable of translating strategic ambition into sustained execution.

His approach is grounded in a simple belief: executive search is not merely about filling leadership positions—it is about helping organizations make better leadership decisions. Every executive appointment represents a fiduciary choice with lasting implications for execution, culture, organizational capability, and long-term enterprise value.

Prior to founding Holliday Partners, Lee began his career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), where he worked in Motion Picture Talent and Commercial Endorsements before transitioning into executive search.

Background

Lee earned his Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, where he competed as a Division I scholarship football player.

Outside of his professional work, Lee is married and the proud father of two daughters. He enjoys travel, languages, cooking, fitness, and exploring different cultures—interests that continue to shape his curiosity and the relationships he builds with clients and executive leaders around the world.

Elijah Holliday serves as Partner, Executive Search & Leadership Advisory at Holliday Partners, partnering with clients to identify exceptional executive and senior leadership talent across a broad range of industries and leadership challenges.

Drawing upon more than twenty-one years of distinguished service in the United States Army, Elijah brings disciplined execution, strategic thinking, operational leadership, and sound judgment to every engagement.

During his military career, he held leadership positions across Military Intelligence, transportation operations, logistics, and organizational leadership, completing multiple overseas deployments supporting complex missions and advising senior military leaders in high-pressure environments.

His intelligence background developed an exceptional ability to evaluate people, interpret complex situations, and make informed decisions under demanding circumstances—capabilities that now translate directly into executive search.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from ECPI University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Luciana Holliday serves as Partner, Client Experience & Operations at Holliday Partners, where she oversees the operational strategy supporting the firm's executive search and leadership advisory engagements.

With an MBA and more than fifteen years of experience spanning business operations, strategic partnerships, client engagement, and organizational management, Luciana leads the systems, infrastructure, and operational excellence that enable Holliday Partners to deliver a consistently high-touch, partner-led client experience.

She works closely with clients, executive candidates, and strategic partners while directing engagement operations, relationship management, business development initiatives, and continuous process improvement across the firm.

Fluent in English and Portuguese, Luciana brings an international perspective and a relationship-first philosophy to every engagement. Her commitment to responsiveness, precision, and exceptional client service ensures every search is executed with professionalism, discretion, and care.
