Process Overview
Phase I: Client Orientation, Search Definition, Strategy Development & Research
  • Assess organization’s culture by conducting in-depth interviews with client stakeholders

  • Create specifications of position by identifying Mission Critical Objectives (MCOs)

  • In close collaboration with client, develop strategic target list of companies from which to recruit

  • Within a timely manner develop a pipeline of qualified candidates by drawing upon our extensive network of executive leaders and sourcing directly from target companies

Phase 2: Candidate Identification, Recruitment & Evaluation
  • Rigorously screen potential candidates to qualify and rank accordingly
  • Conduct lengthy direct interviews and create comprehensive written summaries meant to augment candidate’s curriculum vitae
  • Meet with client stakeholder to review summaries and make recommendations on finalists to interview
Phase 3: Presentation of Candidates & Interviews
  • Prepare candidate for initial meeting by providing relevant data to make for the best possible outcome and the most productive use of time
  • Manage expectations on both the candidate and the hiring manager side to ensure expectations are reasonable
  • Coordinate meetings and do the appropriate follow-up on both the candidate and the client-side to facilitate the process
  • Continue to shepherd the process by strategizing with client in selecting and securing ideal candidate
Phase 4: Candidate Negotiations, Search Completion & Follow-up
  • Advise the structuring of offer terms with client and negotiate with candidate
  • Maintain close contact with hiring manager to assess and ensure satisfaction of short term performance of the onboarded candidate
  • Maintain close contact with hired candidate to ensure fit with the organization
