562-441-8358 (cell)

Lee is the founder and Managing Director of Holliday Partners, a Black and Latino owned, operated and staffed Executive Search Firm. Holliday Partners’ mission is to be the most respected and sought after majority minority retained Executive Search Firm in America and subject matter expert in diversity search.

More about Lee

As a thought leader in diversity recruitment, Lee developed the Proactive Diversity Recruitment Program (PDRP), a subscription-based solution he designed as an integrated long-term talent strategy in lieu of the one dimensional, one-time transaction traditional retained search approach. It is a remedial measure solving for “diversity insanity,” essentially doing the same thing over and over again from a diversity recruiting standpoint and expecting a different result.

Lee is deeply concerned about economic inclusion and empowerment of historically marginalized communities. As he crafts the trajectory of his organization this is top of mind. He is intent on championing representation both in terms of the hiring of diverse senior leaders and promoting partnerships with diverse suppliers.

Prior to Holliday Partners, Lee worked in talent representation at Creative Artist Agency. CAA represents 80% of A-List actors, directors, writers, musical artists and athletes and is touted as the most influential and dominant organization in the talent agency business. His first foray was within commercial endorsements as he was responsible for identifying opportunities for the full roster of clients within television commercials, print ads and personal appearances both domestically and internationally. He later transitioned into the motion picture talent and was responsible for curating opportunities for a select group of the agency’s most elite actors and actresses within feature films.

Lee holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Southern California Gould School of Law where he was given a full academic scholarship. He was also awarded The Earl Warren Scholarship by the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. This scholarship was named in honor of the memory of the former Supreme Court Chief Justice and awarded “annually to rising law students whose commitment to racial justice reveals outstanding potential for training as civil rights and public interest attorneys.” He was also given the The Council on Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO) scholarship. CLEO has played an key role in helping to advance Justice and Diversity in America.

Lee also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University where he played football as a full-scholarship athlete and became a member of one of the “Divine Nine,” or the historically Black Greek Letter Organization (BGLO), Kappa Alpha Psi.

Lee is married with two daughters and has two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and enjoys sharing adventures and creating memories with his family. He stays active in several charitable causes. He is currently the Board Vice President for Kind Mouse Productions Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in St. Petersburg, Florida that assists families and children in Pinellas County with food insecurities and chronic hunger. He is a fitness enthusiast, a jeep enthusiast and a foodie who enjoys travel and cultural exploration.
